The backyard in this Hamilton property sloped away sharply and the owners were losing usable space every year as the soil eroded. We built a treated pine retaining wall with proper ag-pipe drainage behind it, concrete pier footings, and backfill to create a level area for the kids to play on. The wall was engineered for the soil load and council approved.
